EXCHANGE-REFUND POLICY
Make sure that the footwear fits comfortably before you wear them. If there is any doubt about fit and/or comfort, take the item home and try it on indoors. Once the footwear has been soiled by any outdoor properties, NO exchanges or refunds will be issued on the item.
For Exchange or Refund on 30 Day Comfort Guarantee:
- Merchandise must ALWAYS be accompanied by a proof of purchase (NO RECEIPT - NO ADJUSTMENTS)
- Merchandise must be in a new-resalable condition, free from any soiling.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
WARRANTY POLICY
GELLCO Clothing & Shoes guarantees all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from date of purchase.
Claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (sales receipt). For claims within 90 days of purchase: If a defect is found within 90 days of purchase, GELLCO will either repair or replace the product one (1) time at no cost to the customer.
For claims in between 90 days and 6 months: If a defect occurs after 90 days but before 6 months, GELLCO will give a prorated credit for half the original purchase price towards the purchase of a new pair from GELLCO CLOTHING & SHOES.
NO WARRANTY WILL BE ISSUED FOR FOOTWEAR AFTER 6 MONTHS.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Improper fit
- Excessive wearing
- Scuffing
- Burns
- Exposure to acid and chemicals
- Dry Rot
- Damage to soles due to sharp and/or hot objects such as rocks, glass, metal, etc.
NOTE: GELLCO WILL HAVE THE FINAL DETERMINATION AS WHETHER ANY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE! |
